All our bags are handcrafted. As each product is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Kumud reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services. Kumud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

• An uninterrupted video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Your order number.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved after verification, Kumud will offer, at its discretion, a replacement product (subject to availability) or a refund to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and product photographs, is the property of Kumud and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Kumud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
